Fire alerts

Choose a place and a radius. When satellites detect a wildfire or an unclear fire inside that circle, you get a notification, usually within a few hours of the satellite pass. No account, no app.

What is sent

• Only fires the model rates as a wildfire or unclear. Field burns and industrial sources are never sent.
• One alert per fire, even if it burns for days.
• We keep only the point (rounded to about 100 m) and the radius, plus the address for email alerts. No name, no tracking of where you are.
• Satellites pass a few times a day, so alerts are not instant. Unofficial: in a fire, call 112.
